For iPad users

IPads have no built in ports available for flash drives etc. to load software. The only way MultiMedia Learning Keynotes can be loaded onto iPads is via iCloud. ICloud is a free service available for all iPad, iPhone and iMac owners. You must set up a free account to gain access to iCloud. PC owners can set up free iCloud accounts as well.

Apple does not allow one to send a file to someone else’s iCloud folder. A purchaser must download the Keynote zip file Multimedia Learning sends to either an iMac or PC computer. Once downloaded the zip file must be unzipped which will create two files. The first will be the actual Keynote file and the second will be the Document folder containing tests, quizzes and lessons. The documents can be printed using the iMac or PC computer so there is no need to send them to iCloud.

Once the Keynote file and been downloaded and unzipped open up your iCloud account and you will see this on your screen:

Drag the unzipped Keynote file (not the Document folder) onto the Keynote icon. Or you can copy and paste the unzipped Keynote file. The Keynote file will automatically become available on your iPad device. Depending on your internet speed this could take from several minutes to an hour.

Open up Keynote on your iPad and you will see the Keynote file your purchased. Click it and its ready to use.
